oin us for this absolute beast of a hike around the Surrey Hills.

Dare you face the beast? On Saturday, 18th July 2026, a terrifyingly epic, 18-mile circular monster of a hike will possess the Surrey hills. Our descent into madness begins and ends at the unsuspecting Gomshall Station.
Along the way, if you survive the breathtaking (or breath-stealing) views, you will uncover ancient, cursed history, treacherous rivers, dark forests where the trees watch your every move, and desolate, windswept heathland.
The Unholy Trinity of Peaks
This hike is a relentless, shape-shifting beast that must not be underestimated. Your legs will endure a grueling gauntlet of endless ups and downs as we force our way over three legendary summits:
Leith Hill – Where the altitude thrills and the lungs burn.
Holmbury Hill – A peak of pure endurance.
Pitch Hill – The final hurdle to test your mortal resolve.
Survival Protocols
To ensure you don't become a casualty of the trail, you must come prepared:
Rations: Bring massive quantities of snacks and life-sustaining fluids. The monster drains your energy quickly.
Armor: Dress for the unpredictable whims of the British Summertime weather. Encasing your feet in comfortable, sturdy, broken-in footwear is mandatory—lest the blisters claim you.
Hellhounds: Four-legged companions are welcome to join the pack, provided they are fearsome and fit enough to survive this distance in the grueling July heat.
The Wild Call: There are no civilized toilet stops in the abyss. You will have to brave a 'wild wee' in the clutching undergrowth. Pray the nettles don't bite back.
The Ritual Begins
The countdown ends and the expedition departs at 08:30 AM sharp—with or without you. Those left behind will be abandoned to the shadows.
Keeper of the Trail: If you have questions, or wish to sign your soul away for the day, contact Expedition Leader Pete Lambert at 07940101732 or [email protected].
Book the day off. It will be a long, exhausting journey into hiking madness... but those brave souls who successfully escape the clutches of the Greensand Monster will return to civilization bearing a glorious Medal of Survival.
