About the Book: Everyone Hotpot invites readers to commune over hotpot, the ancient East Asian cookery method of quickly poaching fresh meat, seafood, tofu, and vegetables in hot broth. Full of delicious recipes as well as tips and tricks to nail a home hotpot setup, Everyone Hotpot is symbolic of a bountiful feast with a core of frugality and accessibility for all.
About the Author: Natasha Pickowicz is a four-time James Beard Award-nominated pastry chef and author of More Than Cake: 100 Recipes Built for Pleasure and Community. She blends her love for baking with social justice, partnering with Lenox Hill House, God’s Love We Deliver, and most recently, coordinating The Great Community Bake Sale.
The Union Square Greenmarket Book Signings are produced in collaboration with Kitchen Arts & Letters, a New York City bookstore specializing in food and drink. Located on the Upper East Side, they sell cookbooks and a wide range of food history, scholarship, and food writing.
