It’s well known now that being outside is hugely beneficial for our mental health. Green Walks is a fully funded event designed to help you reconnect with nature, boost your well-being, and build meaningful connections with others in your local area.

Join us for a gentle, welcoming walk through beautiful green spaces, where you’ll have the chance to slow down and experience the restorative power of the outdoors. Whether you’re looking to clear your mind, meet new people, or simply enjoy the fresh air, Green Walks is for everyone—no matter your fitness level or background.

? Facilities: There will be a stop halfway at The Roastery where you can use the toilet and grab a hot drink if you wish!
