Transport & Address:
The minibus will be running as usual for anybody who wishes to get a lift from the Lido car park (The Rye, High Wycombe). The bus will leave at 10am promptly
We will be working at Round Wood. We will meet on site at 10:15am and finish at approximately 1pm. We will meet near the vehicle gate on Round Wood Road. Free parking is available. The nearest postcode is: HP12 4HE.
Please can we ask everyone to arrive on time to ensure you do not miss the health & safety and task briefing. If you are late and the session has already started, you may not be able to join. Thank you.

The Task:
A morning of clearing litter that we discovered when recently clearing back overgrown vegetation. Come and join us to see how many bin bags we can fill. We also have some bird boxes to install as the nesting season gets underway.
Timings (please note these timings are approximate):
10.00: Minibus departs from Lido
10.15: Arrival for safety briefing, please don't be late!
11.30: Tea & coffee break
13.00: Hometime, thanks for all of your hard work. Minibus arrives back at Lido.
What to bring:
Please bring your gloves (we will have spares) and dress for the weather and the task.
Long trousers are advisable as there may be ticks and thorny vegetation. We also recommend wearing steel toe capped or sturdy boots rather than trainers.
Wear layers that you can remove if you get hot whilst working. Bring a waterproof as most of our sites have no shelter from the rain. If it's sunny you might need a hat and suncream.
Please bring plenty of fluids. We will bring a tea kit and biscuits.
Please note:
Biscuits are served at all Chiltern Rangers sessions. Please advise if you have an allergy.
Sometimes there is a need for us to use power tools that can be noisy.
