Green Salon Impact Tour: Detroit – Community Impact Edition
Join us in person for the Green Salon Impact Tour in Detroit! This edition is all about community impact—connecting local folks, sharing ideas, and making a positive difference together. Whether you're passionate about sustainability or just curious, come hang out and be part of something awesome!
Join us on March 9, 2025 at Marlo Beauty Studios for a hands-on sustainability and technical education experience designed specifically for salon professionals ready to take action.
This event brings together advanced technical education, responsible waste collection, and community impact — all in one afternoon.
Attendees are encouraged to bring qualifying salon waste (plastics #1, #2, #5, clean glass, condensed color tubes, human hair, empty aerosols, broken tools, and clean dry towels) to participate in our recycling initiative and enter a sustainability-focused raffle.
Following the education portion, participants will have the opportunity to join a local community cleanup in partnership with The Cleanup Club. Waste collected will be responsibly processed and documented as part of our ongoing data initiative.
