2️⃣ Record your run using Strava or any reliable running app
3️⃣ Complete 7.5 KM within your timeline
4️⃣ Upload your run data using the submission form sent via email
👉 You get 1 running attempt
If you fail, you may complete a 2nd attempt on a different day
🚚 Delivery Options
Pickup Event Day: Free
Courier Delivery:
• Inside Dhaka: BDT 70–80
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 120–130
If you choose pickup but miss the event day, your medal will be automatically couriered.

• Registration is non-refundable & non-transferable
• Completion of the run is mandatory to receive souvenirs
