I have studied all kinds of yoga in my 8 years as a RYT and 15 years as a practicing Yogini, ranging from Restorative to Kundalini. I love to create fusion classes that have the perfect mix of all kinds of yoga based on intuition from the energy of the group and the spirit of the plant.
