Are you aged 16-25 and are bored of chats about mindfulness and wellbeing? Do something different this Mental Health Week and join us for a free evening of discussions about healthy relationships and sexuality. For some reason we always talk about our mental health, physical health and sexual health separately. But let’s be real - our mental health can be so tied up with our relationships with others, and our own bodies, so let’s talk about it!
During this workshop we’ll give a comprehensive overview of consent and communication. We know not everyone had amazing sex-ed in school, so we'll aim to fill those gaps!
The session, designed and facilitated by WAAC and Freedom Centre, will be inclusive and focused on harm minimisation to support healthy, informed choices.
