The Christmas Wheel of Fate brings a festive twist to the battlefield with unpredictable and game-changing effects. Every 15 minutes, the Wheel of Fate will spin — altering conditions, strategies, and outcomes across every table.
This event is designed for both competitive and casual players, offering equal parts challenge, chaos, and fun. If you’re looking for a great time this holiday season, this is the event for you!

⚔️ Missions
Full mission details and Wheel of fate chart will be provided below . Prepare your forces, sharpen your dice, and brace yourself for a truly festive 40K experience.

Wheel of fate Chart
1. The Ghost of Ludwig Stole Christmas!
The turn ends immediately! Oh yes, you heard me — it ends right now! The Ghost of Ludwig cackles as all plans grind to a frosty halt.
2. ’Twas the Night Before Christmas…
Roll a D6 and multiply the result by 3 — this is the maximum distance any unit can see this turn.
If a 1 or 2 is rolled, all units that do not have the FLY keyword must take a Leadership test using the highest Leadership value in the unit or become Petrified with Fear until the end of the turn.
• A petrified unit cannot move or shoot and is automatically hit in combat.
•Units with the FLY keyword are blinded by the darkness — roll a scatter die and 6D6; they scatter that many inches.
• If they land within 1” of an enemy, move them the shortest distance to be clear.
• If their movement would take them off the table, they are destroyed — having fled the battlefield in terror.
3. Frosty’s Revenge!
Frosty the Snowman is furious that his icy minions have joined your forces!
Each player, starting with the active player, may pick one unengaged enemy unit and temporarily gain control of it. That unit may move, shoot, and assault immediately resolve all the actions for each unit before switching to your opponent.
After both players have done so, Frosty laughs maniacally, and the current turn resumes.
4. Beware the Abominable Snowman!
Every Monster on the battlefield gains the following festive enhancements:
+3 Strength, +3 Toughness, +3 Attacks, +3 Wounds.
’Tis the season of monstrous cheer (and carnage)!
5. Gifts for Everyone!
The Ghost of Ludwig shows his generous side…
You may return to play (via Deep Strike) one unit that was destroyed earlier in the battle.
That unit gains the Feel No Pain (5+) special rule.
If you have no destroyed units, choose unit currently in play — it gains a 3+ Feel No Painuntil the end of the game.
6. Let’s Bob for Candy Canes!
Roll a D6 for each of your units.
• On a 4, 5, or 6, the unit gains the sustained and lethal hits on all attacks shooting and close combat (they successfully snagged a candy cane!).
• On a 1, 2, or 3, the unit does nothing this turn — too busy sulking over their failure.
7. Do You Believe in Santa Claus?
Each unit on the table must test its belief in jolly old Saint Nick!
Every unit must take a Leadership test at –3.
For each point they fail by, they suffer one wound with no saves of any kind allowed (including Feel No Pain etc.).
Failure to believe in Santa has severe consequences…….
8. The Darkness Is Growing…
A great winter shadow sweeps across the battlefield!
The active player rolls the 1d6 and multiplies the result by 3.
If a Misfire is rolled, reroll the die and multiply the new result by 4, then by 5, and so on until you roll a number.
Measure that distance from the left board edge of the active player.
All units in this zone are removed from play, swallowed by the winter darkness…..
In the 41rst millennium the darkness only grows…….
9. A Christmas Miracle!
Behold, a magical holiday moon shines over the battlefield!
All units restore all lost Wounds (yes, this can bring back models and heal multi-Wound units completely).
However, units that were completely destroyed cannot return — their time has passed into legend.
10. I’ve Captured Santa’s Sleigh!
The active player has captured Santa’s sleigh!
Choose one unengaged unit on the battlefield and Deep Strike it anywhere on the board.
The unit may deep strike with NO MINIMUM DISTANCE but may not deep strike directly into combat. The unit may assault as normal.
However, sleighs aren’t easy to steer — when Deep Striking, the unit scatters 4D6 in a random direction! If a hit is scored they gain control of the reindeer and land on target.
11. Oh No, Your Warlord Is a Were-Reindeer!
Under the enchanted Christmas moon, your Warlord transforms!
Each Warlord gains +3 to all stats (to a maximum of 10).
At the start of each of your following turns, roll a D6.
On a 1, the moon hides behind the clouds and your Warlord’s stats return to normal.
12. You Found All the Presents!
Choose one unengaged unit on the tabletop.
That unit gains the Assult special rule and every model in the unit exchanges all its weapons for one of the following:
Lascannon, Heavy Bolter, Multi-Melta, Plasma Cannon, or Heavy Flamer.
Merry Christmas — time to open fire!
