About this Event
We know it can sometimes feel like we are alone with environmental issues in our churches, so to that end we would like to invite you to an informal evening at St Anne's Church in Glenholt to enjoy a home-cooked vegetarian meal - anyone who is encouraging their local church to care more for God's creation we consider to be a Green Champion and is therefore invited.
This will be a chance to share good and bad experiences from 2024 and look ahead to the new year, to pray and enjoy fellowship together. We may be far and few between across Plymouth, but we're not alone!
This event is organised by Plymouth Churches Green Action, a network of Christians. Plymouth Churches Green Action was founded in 2017. Our vision is for churches of all denominations in and around Plymouth to care for creation in five key areas of church life:
• Worship and Teaching,
• Building Management
• Land Management,
• Community and Global Engagement,
• Lifestyle
all as an integral part of loving their neighbours and following God faithfully.
