Host: Rebekah Churchyard, CEO & Founder of Green Care Farms
Info: Did you know the first care farm for people with dementia was founded by a Guelphite? Join us for a presentation, group discussion, Q&A, and networking opportunity with Green Care Farms, Canada's first care farm for people living with dementia. We will provide information about Green Care Farms, our day program, our journey to starting Canada's first care farm for people with dementia, and exciting updates about our learning platform to support anyone interested in learning how to start a care farm in their community. Our vision is a care farm in every community in Canada. Join us for an engaging conversation and a meaningful opportunity to connect. This is for anyone interested in our programming, either as friends, family, or working with people with dementia, people interested in starting a care farm or learning more about care farming, or anyone wanting to learn more about care farming in Canada. Light refreshments will be provided. We look forward to seeing you on April 11th!
