About this Event
Today, in order to remain competitive in international business circuits, tourism SMEs must focus both on improving and digitising teaching learning models and practices, and on developing environmental awareness and a digital mindset in workers.
Want to learn how the START Erasmus + KA2 project (2022-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000088750) has tackled these two issues over the last two years?
Join us on Friday 13th December at 09:30 am to take a look at:
· The START Training programme that has been developed to support SME workers to face the green transition and digital transformation.
· The START Educational programme, a learning environment, where people can access 10 interactive micro training pills, 2 narrative branching scenarios and a metaverse, to acquire and maintain over time, green and digital skills and solutions for the competitiveness of the tourism sector.
· The Green tech-infusion toolkit that enables trainers to guide tourism workers in conducting as-is/to-be analyses to rethink business models in a circular way and in creating digital solutions to innovate sustainable tourism offerings.
· The results of the 5-day international mobility where participants explored methods and solutions related to green-tech infusion and transformational team coaching to rethink the tourism sector, aligning with green and digital goals.
· The Start multilingual tourist App, provided by CONFORM S.c.a.r.l., that allows users to discover places, production activities, and exhibition spaces interactively and virtually.
