Learn how to make your own Greek Style Feta cheese! Join Paula Maddison who has been teaching the lost art of cheese making for years. This is a demonstration style taste, touch, and feel class that will demystify the process of making your own cheese, giving you a good understanding of the process and ingredients that are used in cheese making. Instructions and ingredients to make your own Feta at home are included.Students must register in advance. Many Gabriola Island classes are held at Madd Acres, my hobby farm. All supplies included. No experience necessary.
