Would you like to practise the Greek language conversation skills in a relaxed atmosphere, and make friends in the process?

A group for people who love languages and are looking to practise and improve while making new friends and having a great time!
Our events are informal and our events will take place at Riverside Red Lion pub where there is usually space to book a table.
You are free to talk as much or as little as you like and to move around and chat to different people, too.
During our meetings, there will be conversation prompts on specific themes and small tasks to pass around the table and try yourself! Also, a lucky participant will win every month a Greek-related mystery gift! So, stay tuned!
We aim to be a friendly and inclusive group that caters for all levels of language experience. Therefore, speakers anywhere from complete beginner to native level are welcome to come (even just to listen, depending on your competence & confidence).
We expect all members to be welcoming to and respectful of others, regardless of their social situation, background or language ability.
We request a small contribution of £2 per person per event, to help us cover the costs of running the group. You can put this in the little collection pot/jar/pouch that will be visible at all events.
We also really appreciate your participation and feedback, i.e. feel free to post on our My Greek Teacher Facebook group or mention us on Instagram, write a feedback/ your experience on our FB wall, share them with others, etc.
