Join me in the kitchen for a Greek Family Table Experience inspired by cherished recipes, family traditions, and the joy of gathering around a shared meal.

At the heart of this evening is Aunt Athena’s Greek spaghetti, a dish that holds deep meaning for me. It was one of the first meals my father-in-law ever made for me and the moment I realized how special homemade sauce can be. This recipe has been shared at family gatherings for years and is simple, comforting, and full of flavor.

During class, we will prepare this Greek spaghetti together while talking through how it is made, how it is served, and why it has remained a staple at the family table. My father-in-law will be joining us to share stories, tips, and the history behind this beloved family recipe.
