Georgia Real Estate Broker Rules and Regulations

Effective July 1, 2025 - Broker License Renewal Guidelines

GREC will require an 18 Hour of Study for all brokers to renew their license every 4-year period which will be part of the required 36 hours CE requirement.

The required 3 hours of license law CE will remain in effect for all licensees.
