Get ready to sweat for a cause! Join us in person at ROC Strong Club in Webster for the first Greatest Charity Workout of the year supporting Homesteads For Hope! . ALL fitness level welcome.
ROC Strong Club’s is a one hour, high energy fitness fundraising extravaganza where community, impact, and pure fun collide.
Its part show, part workout. Each event features red-carpet entrances, DJ-driven vibes, confetti blasts, epic group finishers, and an atmosphere that feels more like a celebration than a workout. Every rep supports a local nonprofit, turning sweat into real change for the Rochester community.
