Too often, society measures worth by age, as seen in the countless "40 under 40" lists that glorify youth as the pinnacle of achievement. This show flips that script, showcasing the boundary-pushing work of women whose best years are not behind them—but in front of us, right now.
Greater Than 40 is a declaration that the true markers of innovative art are vision, passion, and persistence—qualities that only deepen with time. We hope to feature work that spans a range of disciplines, mediums, and themes, unified by a fierce commitment to authenticity and unapologetic self-expression.
