About this Event
Join us for a fun-filled weekend at Great American Scrapbook Convention with tables reserved exclusively for our DCM group right in the heart of the event! This event is perfect for scrapbookers and crafters who want to enjoy the excitement of the GASC experience but want the comfort of sitting with friends instead of being placed at random tables. When you sign up to sit with our group, you’ll have a dedicated space to relax, create, and connect all weekend long—no scrambling for seats or separating from your crafty crew. Even better, those who register for multiple days can enjoy extra perks, added savings, and more uninterrupted creative time with the group. It’s the ultimate way to experience GASC—surrounded by inspiration, friendship, and plenty of crafty fun!
A valid GASC ticket is required for admission to the event.
Event Dates & Hours*:
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Sold as 2 time slots: daytime and evening)
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Cost: $___TBA___ per day + EventBrite fees
- Includes one reserved seat for one day (Friday or Saturday).
- For multiple days, purchase one ticket for each day.
- Does not include the Thursday Make-n-Take Workshop
- Does not include GASC class tickets which must be purchased .
- A valid GASC ticket is required for admission to the event.
- Electricity at your table is available for an additional fee through GASC.
Come and go between classes and the show floor (Friday and Saturday only) without the hassle of carrying all your supplies and goodies with you. Sign up for multiple days, and enjoy the convenience of leaving your craft supplies set up overnight.
Concessions are available on-site, with several restaurants nearby for easy meal options. The venue is conveniently adjacent to a hotel, making it ideal for both local and traveling attendees.

📌 Refund Policy:
Please note that no refunds are being offered at this time. However, if we are forced to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer refunds accordingly.
*While the event begins on Thursday, reserved seating does not begin until Friday morning. However, we will do our best to secure the tables that will be assigned to our group when we arrive on Thursday. Please note that if we are unable to do so, you may have to move. Also note that GASC requires crafters to leave the crop room during the evening break in order to check in for the evening crop.
