Join Marina from Grazing Gouda in Sacramento, CA and learn how to make a charcuterie board in this live workshop Charcuterie 101 Class!
If you're ready to wow your friends with new cheeseboard skills, or have an aesthetically pleasing Instagram feed, these classes are for you!
You will learn the basics of cheese selection, cutting techniques, and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including creating beautiful salami roses and fruit carving. You will be guided step by step as you create your own 10.5” cheese plate that serves 4-6 people. We will offer pairing suggestions, as well as guidance and tips on how to take the most Instagram worthy photos of your platters!
