Gratitude Yoga Flow at The Faight Collective
Join us for an afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and community connection!
This special Gratitude Yoga Flow is a space to pause, breathe, and give thanks for the abundance in our lives. Together we’ll move through an all-levels Vinyasa flow designed to ground your energy and open your heart as we enter the holiday season.
After class, stay for tea, community time, and raffle prizes — including some surprises from lululemon!

We’ll provide mats and blocks, but feel free to bring a water bottle and a journal if you’d like to reflect after class.
This class will be led by Ki, a beloved teacher from The Faight Yoga Teacher Collective, known for creating uplifting, inclusive, and heart-centered experiences.
