Join yoga teachers Kim Rose Flows and Robyn Cifuentes for a heart-opening Gratitude Flow celebrating the spirit of the Thanksgiving season. Together, we’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reflect on all that we’re thankful for — especially the power of community.
