About this Event
This sound bath will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to reflect on and appreciate what you have and what is positive in your life. The session will be conducted primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may include other vibrational instruments like chimes, drums, and singing pyramid.
All are welcome but space is limited. Sign up only if you intend to attend.
This event is donation-based.
Suggested energy exchange: $15 - $20
The sound bath takes place at Aikido Del Mar from 5:30 to 6:45 pm. As a courtesy to the dojo, please remove your shoes and place them in the shoe cubby before going on the mat. Much gratitude to Aikido Del Mar for sharing their sacred space!

You will enter the parking lot for the shopping center. Aikido Del Mar will be on the left side on the corner across Peet's Coffee.
