Gratitude Sound Bath

As we head into the season of Thanksgiving, it is a good time to pause and reflect on all the blessings in our lives. In this sound bath we will become centered in our Heart Chakra and connect to the feeling of Gratitude, giving thanks for all the abundance in our lives. Then we open up to the possibilities of the future and the blessings we wish to attract into our lives. A brief guided meditation begins our journey and then we relax as the healing frequencies of the gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony. The sound bath begins at 4:00. Doors open at 3:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
