About this Event
Join us for a relaxing sound bath on the morning of Sunday November 23rd. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to reflect on and appreciate what you have and what is positive in your life. Give yourself or somebody else the gift of time for self-care as the holiday season approaches.✨✨✨
The sound bath will be conducted primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may include other vibrational instruments like chimes, drums, and singing pyramid.
All are welcome but space is limited. No experience is necessary.
This event is donation-based.

Enter the Rohr Park Gate B entrance to the parking lot. Find us within the train track loop near one of the trees. Please allow time to find a parking spot and the location.
What To BringBring a blanket, mat, or chair to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, an extra blanket, journal, and sun protection. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and don't forget drinking water.
