About this Event
Join Sheherazad Barnes at Babage the night before Thanksgiving for a nourishing evening dedicated to gratitude, manifestation, and connection. This is a time when the collective energy softens, when hearts open naturally, and when the veil between intention and manifestation becomes thin. We gather to honor that energy through breath, movement, meditation, and sound.
We begin with a gentle yet powerful Kundalini sequence to clear the mind, open the heart, and expand your magnetic field. You will move just enough to shift the internal landscape, shake loose the residue of the year, and prepare your body to receive. We follow with a deep meditation for gratitude and manifestation. This practice helps you tune into what is already flowing toward you and call in the energies you want to anchor as we move toward the end of the year.
You will then rest into an extended gong and alchemy crystal bowl sound bath designed to open pathways of ease, blessing, and abundance. The sound bath will support the nervous system reset and create a spacious sense of inner peace.
To close, we gather in community for a warm, intentional moment together with a special Gratitude Elixir Tea and snacks.
