Gratitude Giving and start the Holiday months with a relaxing, creative, heart opening Cacao Ceremony. Activate your heart and mind in a sacred setting guided by Kat to elevate your higher self. Release your emotional blockage whether its through painting, a cup of relaxing cacao, sound vibrations, or all of them combined. Live your most authentic self with compassion and love. Kat will hold the space for you to express yourself freely.

What should I expect from Creative Cacao Ceremonies?
Kat invites you to come with an open heart and a creative mind. She will guild you to connect with yourself through cacao and art. This plant medicine will relax your heart and brain about 40%. Not only will cacao improve your sleep, but it will also help promote deep meditation, and can help releases any emotional trauma we hold in our heart. As you go about your day or days ahead, cacao will be a gentle reminder to ease your heart and give you mental clarity.
What happens during the ceremony?
The ceremony takes about1.5 hours. Sounds will be incorporated by meditative music and live instruments. As we allow the drink to activate in our body, our heart will feel lighter, more blissful, and our mind will connect to our spirit. Cacao is not a hallucinogenic or psychedelic, but your imagination might heighten in the best ways.
Oracle cards play a huge role in our intentions, as we pick our beautiful cards, the intention we have will speak in the craft we later make.
What Art are we working with?
The therapeutic art for this ceremony is sculpting with air dry clay. Kat will guide you to speak true to your intention through your creativity. You will then get to keep this special piece of art with you.
