Embrace the spirit of Thanksgiving with a special 2-hour yoga workshop led by Pete Guinosso Yoga!
This Thanksgiving morning, join us for a heartwarming and rejuvenating yoga experience that will leave you feeling grateful, centered, and ready to celebrate the day with an open heart.
What to Expect:
We'll start with a grounding meditation to cultivate a deep sense of gratitude. Through mindful movement and asana practice, we'll flow through poses that open our hearts and encourage self-reflection.
This workshop is an opportunity to set your intentions for the day ahead and to express gratitude for the abundance in your life. As a special treat, we'll conclude the workshop with a journaling exercise that will help you connect into gratitude in a profound way.
All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome, from beginners to experienced yogis. It would be helpful if you have done a 5+ vinyasa classes.
Whether you're spending the day with loved ones or looking for a peaceful start to your Thanksgiving, this workshop is for you.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice
- Your yoga mat and towel (you will sweat)
- Paper/journal and pencil
- An open heart and a spirit of gratitude
Agenda: 1.5 hour asana β 0.5 hours of journaling β 2 hours total
Cost: $35 - $5 of every student registered will be donated to the Alameda County Community Food Bank.
