Gratitude Journalling.
What to expect.
Jane is passionate about journalling, having seen how it has made real, positive changes in her own life. Gratitude journalling particularly can enhance overall wellbeing, as well as help to nurture mental, emotional and physical health. By writing down what you're grateful for you're training your brain to notice the good. The more you recognise the good, the more you're likely to find it in your everyday life. We will look at scientific studies that show how gratitude boosts happiness, reduces stress and depression, improves sleep, enhances relationships and increases overall life satisfaction. We will also look at what some eminent people in this field suggest and look at simple ways you could incorporate gratitude journalling into your daily life.
There will also be a small gift for you to take home ❤
