Join us for Grateful Groove, a laid-back, artful experience where we’ll transform old vinyl records into meaningful, expressive works of art—each inspired by what we’re thankful for. No art experience needed—seriously. We’re leaving perfection at the door. In mindful art, it’s all about enjoying the process, not the outcome.
Together, we will:
? Recognize how gratitude can counter the brain’s natural negativity bias
? Build mindfulness skills through guided reflection and creative exploration
? Express gratitude visually and meaningfully through mixed media art on vinyl records
You’ll leave with:
-A unique, hand-painted vinyl record to hang, gift, or cherish
-Simple, science-backed mindfulness practices you can use anytime
-A calmer, grounded, and more connected sense of self
-And the reminder that creativity feels better when we allow it to be imperfect and free
