Grateful Dub, the reggae-infused tribute to Jerry Garcia & The Grateful Dead, is coming to Sugarshack Downtown- and it’s a FREE show.Grateful Dub reimagines some of the most beloved Grateful Dead classics through a laid-back, island-dub lens. Think timeless Dead melodies layered with deep reggae grooves and sun-soaked rhythms.
The project was even recorded with legendary five-time Grammy winner Errol Brown (Bob Marley’s longtime sound engineer), bringing authentic dub energy to these iconic songs.
Performed live at festivals and venues across the country, Grateful Dub captures the spirit and magic of the Grateful Dead while giving it a fresh, reggae-dub twist.
