This class will be held In-Person and will have a cost of $249 per person
Whether you’re new to grants or preparing your first application, this beginner-friendly workshop will walk you through the essential elements of successful grant writing. You’ll learn how to define a strong need, outline a clear project plan, identify realistic outcomes, and confidently approach funders. Perfect for nonprofits, community groups, educators, and anyone ready to turn an idea into a fundable project.
Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees (10) is not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process and a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable $249.00 registration fee per individual for this workshop if the participant does not attend.
A few other notes:
- This class will take place In-Person
- Each participant will have access to online resources, a workbook, and hands-on learning; approximately 50% of the workshop involves practicing
- Participants will have access to Extension faculty expertise through June 2026 to review and provide input and assistance with data sourcing.
- Participants may bring proposals/ sample proposals but not required
- Free parking in the lot across the street
