Rosalee Daley's Biography:
Rosalee Daley, is an Award winning Banker and Grant Writer. She is your favorite financial strategist and a certified financial counselor with spice, and grit. The founder of Rose Affect.
With over a decade of experience and more than $500K in grants secured, Rosalee specializes in turning vision into funding. Whether she’s teaching credit repair with a twist or using Hip Hop to break down budgeting, Rosalee knows how to meet people where they are and move them toward economic mobility with confidence.
At Rose Affect, she has supported over 700 entrepreneurs, including justice-impacted and low-income individuals, through culturally responsive financial literacy, grant writing, and business development programming. Her work centers equity, creativity, and access.
Rosalee completed the eCornell Women in Entrepreneurship program and studied Biology at St. Vincent College and Central Connecticut State University. She serves on multiple boards across Greater New Haven, including New Reach Lending Inc, where she helps guide inclusive access to capital for underserved borrowers.
