About this Event

Guided by grant consultants Laura Hull of Premio Services Inc. and Staci Nelson of Nelson Stevenson Consulting, this workshop is designed to equip you with the knowledge and perspective of a grant professional.

This workshop is designed for arts, cultural, and history-focused organizations or individuals working in these fields.

Learn practical strategies to assess organizational grant-readiness, conduct strategic research, and seamlessly manage grants for your arts organization.

Focused on streamlining the grant seeking process through intentional approaches, this workshop will help you optimize resources, ensure your projects align with best-fit funding opportunities, and are managed efficiently through the entire grants cycle. Updates on recent federal funding cuts and relevant resources will be included.

Sessions
  • Track 1 - Grant Readiness & Writing: Designed for smaller or emerging organizations, this session will help identify gaps in your organization's grant readiness and provide resources and tips for successful grant research and writing, including crafting winning proposals and best practices for cultivating funder relationships.
  • Track 2 - Grant Writing & Management: Designed for larger or established organizations, this session will build on Grant Readiness and include tips for winning well-aligned grants, efficient grants management, and sustaining and scaling programs for a healthy grants portfolio.

Please Note: These are concurrent sessions. PLEASE ONLY SELECT ONE or invite a friend or colleague to attend the concurrent session. While this workshop is divided into two tracks, all resources will be provided to attendees.

  • Tier 2: $25: This just-under-half-priced ticket is for those who can give a little more while still meeting budget goals.
  • Tier 3: $45: Pay it forward! This ticket helps make the workshop more accessible and allows other participants to attend at a reduced cost.
  • Tier 4: $60: The full-cost ticket that keeps the workshop running, allows other participants to attend, and supports fair pay for facilitators.
