Just one week before the Summer Solstice, as the energy of summer begins to unfold, we invite you to step into a morning of nourishment, nature and deep soulful connection…
A half-day escape filled with yoga, plant-based goodness, canal-side wandering, gentle foraging, skin rituals, and a deeply soothing meditation and sound journey.
Our beautiful studio, nestled within Sir Robert Peel Mill and resting alongside the tranquil Fazeley Canal, offers the perfect setting to reconnect—with yourself and with nature. We’ll be making the very most of these peaceful surroundings right on our doorstep.

A gentle canal-side walk, venturing into nearby fields as we explore and forage for seasonal treasures
