Join us for a special Anusara Yoga® workshop honoring Shri — the radiant power of Grace — celebrating beauty, abundance, and heart-centered expansion.
This thoughtfully guided practice is rooted in therapeutic alignment principles and designed to support every body. This intelligently woven practice builds from grounded stability to uplifting backbends, comfort, and freedom, inviting you to open with both strength and softness. We will begin with steady, grounding foundations and gradually build toward uplifting heart-opening poses, always offering clear instruction and accessible options along the way.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open through the chest and shoulders, aligned in your posture, and energized from the inside out.
Whether you’re newer to yoga or have years of experience, this workshop invites you to deepen your connection to your body, your breath, and the beauty within.
