The public is invited to a Grand Opening Celebration at The Granary, Milton’s newest community for intentional living. The celebration will feature three model home tours with DRB Homes & D.R. Horton, food and drinks, live music by indie rocker Maddox Gipko, activities that include e-bike demos and a scavenger hunt, and exciting giveaways. The Granary team will also share remarks and host an intention-setting ceremony as a collective, visual expression of The Granary’s “community through consciousness” principle.

A place rooted in the land and the town of Milton, shaped by connection, and designed for intentional living, The Granary will be where neighbors become friends and everyday moments are made to be savored.
