Join Graduate Futures live as we listen to Laura Ellerby, Freelance Creative Visual Merchandiser. Laura will take you through her career journey from her Fine Art to degree to dressing windows and catwalk presentations for Mulberry. Laura now works as a freelance Visual merchandiser, she will share the highs and lows of working freelance and how to build a portfolio career.
Packed with practical advice, this live session is a unique opportunity to engage with an experienced creative professional and ask questions directly related to your chosen field.

  • , Freelancer Visual Merchandiser at : Laura is currently a freelance Visual Merchandiser for New York womenswear brand-of-the-moment Khaite. Laura oversees the visual curation of all the London retail spaces for the brand at Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Selfridges, and Joseph. Maintaining their luxury VM standards and all amazing new product launches. Laura utilises her 15 years of industry expertise in the British Luxury sector working for brands Stella McCartney and Mulberry, as a Creative Visual merchandiser; running 3D campaigns, global window schemes, and branded event spaces. Laura has expanded her freelance practice over the last 7 years amassing a range of clients including Anya Hindmarch, Harrys and Fitflop.

Only authorised staff have access to personal information, and they are obliged to respect its confidentiality. Your participation in our events is voluntary, and the data from signing-up to these activities will be retained for a period of 5 years (unless otherwise agreed). However, you can request that your information and record of your involvement to be removed at any point.
