It is MANDATORY that you complete the forms BEFORE attending the orientation. If you have questions, we will be more than happy to answer during the session.
Please remember to bring your ORIGINAL SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, (along with your ORIGINAL I-9 documents - see list of acceptable documents attached to I-9 form) this is required for you to be added to Payroll.
ALSO BRING WITH YOU - All ORIGINAL documents such as passports, drivers license, social security card, etc. and the PRINTED COMPLETED FORMS!!
PLEASE ARRIVE 15-30 early to accommodate for the Check-in Protocols at this event
