About the facilitator:

Ann-Mary Kay is passionate about supporting others, especially women, as they explore and awaken to their own full potential. She is a Danish, NYC based, Trauma informed Life Coach, RYT800 Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Reiki Master, Sacred Breathwork Facilitator, Chakra Therapist, Sound Healer, EO Specialist & Somatic Voicework Teacher.
