Rick helps leaders command the room with confidence — without posturing or pretense.Since 1999, he’s taught and performed improv across the globe, from Improv Boston to international festivals. He’s on faculty at Columbia University’s MFA acting program and serves on the board of The Unscripted Project, bringing improv into schools and organizations.At the Magnet Theater, Rick performs weekly in The Armando Diaz Experience and Kornfeld & Andrews, and has trained thousands to stay grounded, responsive, and compelling under pressure.
