Through discussion, reflection, and exercises, you'll identify areas where letting go of the struggle can reduce stress, ease emotional overwhelm, and create space for intentional action. If you’ve participated in the earlier sessions, you’ve already begun building the resilience and hope that make this work possible. Now, you’ll be ready for something deeper — ready for radical shifts in perspective, ready for radical ownership of your growth, and ready for radical change.
