Join us for GR Tours Charcuterie Board Class hosted by Corri Nicoletti.
We are so delighted to offer a savory Charcuterie Board Class!
Saturday, February 22nd, at 4:00pm,

Join us for a fun and creative event as we guide you through making your own beautiful savory charcuterie board. Each participant will receive an assortment of olives, crackers, cheeses, sliced meats and more to create their board. Guests will learn to create the perfect appetizer and the skills to create it again. We will walk through various display techniques like salami roses, color balancing, and cheese cutting. This class is appropriate for all skill levels.
The class will include:
3 Types of cheese, 2 types of charcuterie meat, & an assortment or fruit, nuts, and other pairings. A disposable bamboo platter to design on, you'll be able to take your board home to enjoy later!
Please Note: Potentially nuts/products containing nuts will be served in this room. Due to the small space, we cannot accommodate guests with allergies.
The cost is $55 per guest.
Aprons are suggested, wine is welcomed.

A minimum number of guests is needed for this class to proceed, so please tell friends and share this event! That said, space is very limited at our location, the Brookshire Clubhouse in Washingtonville, NY 10992. Please note that there are no refunds.

Our preferred method of communication for all events is email! Payment is required to confirm reservations. Purchases can be made with Venmo, PayPal (adds fees), or Check/Cash (mail/in-person). Please let me know your preferred method of payment and guest count. Please do not send payment info to others; all ticket requests need to be emailed to us and confirmed. Payment should only be sent once we confirm availability through email.
