Join us for a 4 night Grof® Breathwork Retreat April 2-6, 2026 in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, BC.
Grof® Breathwork, also known as holotropic breathwork, is a guided experiential process developed by psychiatrist Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof. Using your own breath, and carefully selected evocative music, participants are gently supported into expanded states of consciousness in a safe, facilitated setting. No prior experience is needed—each session meets you where you are and offers an opportunity for self-reflection, emotional release, and insight, guided by your own inner healing potential.
