GPS ROUNDTABLE® FACILITATOR (ONLINE TRAINING)

• ZOOM PLATFORM—The training will be held during live sessions on the ZOOM platform. You must attend both days on the live ZOOM.
• HOMEWORK—There will be a little homework the first evening. A page or two of reading and an action step from the RoundTable® we did that day.
• HIGHLY RECOMMENDED—We highly recommend this training to become a FACILITATOR of the RoundTable®, before attending our Specialist Training, which takes you to the next level of training.
• CERTIFICATE—Receive a "RoundTable® Facilitator" certificate at the end of the training.
• LANGUAGE—The training will be in English.
• TIME ZONE—Choose the time zone that is best for you! This will be done in the Eastern Time Zone, so check your world clock for timing accuracy!
• GROUP SIZE—We require at least four participants per training. We limit our class size to 15 people so that everyone receives personal attention. If you would like to reserve a training for your organization or group, please contact us directly for more information www.globalpriority.org. If we do not have at four participants, you will have the option for a refund or to move your registration to the next training.

THE ROUNDTABLE®:

RoundTables® employ two-way communication in a structured environment using the 45+ values written by Global Priority Solutions. Ideas are not taught—they are facilitated. During a RoundTable®, a designated person leads but all participants share from their own experience. As a result, everyone grows together. The RoundTable® Methodology is powerful in its simplicity.

THE FACILITATOR:

A Facilitator can be defined as “someone who enables a process to happen, especially someone who encourages people to find their own solutions to problems by modeling the process”. Our weekly RoundTable® method creates a self-discovery process, which has been proven to bring personal transformation, as well as corporate culture change in organizations. A Facilitator learns how to implement the RoundTable® Methodology in a personal or not-for-profit setting to impact friends, family, and colleagues to bring incremental change. A Facilitator is not a teacher or trainer, but someone with a desire to change themselves and facilitate change in others. The Facilitator plays a very important role in the process. The great thing is, you don’t have to teach, fix, impress, lecture, or counsel anyone. Your goal is to participate, be a real authentic person, and an honest contributor with a desire for accountability. Individuals, small groups and businesses may use our effective RoundTable® Methodology while exploring the 45+ character values.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

REFUND POLICY: Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 30 days prior to the date of the event, provided, however you will be charged a $10 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the event that you cancel your registration less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the event you will forfeit the entire registration fee. If you cannot attend the training because of extenuating circumstances then your training fee can be forwarded to a training within the next 12 months. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR FACILITATOR TRAININGS ARE THE SAME. You might want to take them more than once to gain a greater understanding, but the materials will be repeated in each training.
