General Practice colleagues are invited to join Samantha Allen and Dr Neil O'Brien at listening events being held in May / June.
About this Event

Samantha Allen, Chief Executive and Dr Neil O'Brien, Chief Medical Officer for North East and North Cumbria ICB are inviting general practice colleagues to meet with them at a series of listening events being held in May / June.

These face to face events are an opportunity to focus on the lived experiences of those working on the ground in general practice, with discussion around current challenges to support the development of future local strategy. This will provide useful insights into challenges faced, understanding what works well and what could be improved so that we can ensure a sustainable general practice model which is able to meet the commitments outlined as part of the upcoming 10-year NHS plan.

We are committed to engaging with general practice further supporting your ongoing engagement with your Local Delivery Teams, and this is the start of a wider engagement programme across primary care.
