The Gowanus Green Development Team and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) will present and answer your questions about the 100% affordable mixed-used development being built at Smith and 5th Streets and the environmental remediation work required to advance the project. The project includes a 1.5-acre public park and a new public school.
The meeting will include presentations by the Gowanus Green Development Team and subject matter experts able to site remediation concerns.
