About this Event

Join CPRS Vancouver for an introductory session on Government Relations with Amelia Hill, Principal at Earnscliffe Strategies.

This session is designed as a foundational overview for communications professionals who want to better understand how Government Relations works in practice. Amelia will walk through the core elements of GR, including:

  • What Government Relations is and how it fits in to the communication toolkit
  • How GR strategies are developed and executed
  • How to interact productively with different levels of government
  • Ethical considerations and transparency in government engagement
  • How PR can compliment GR

The session will include a structured presentation followed by moderated Q&A, allowing attendees to ask practical questions and explore real-world applications.
