Come join this intimate gathering to explore and reclaim what was not honored during your pregancy and birth. Through guided sharing, soul art collage, and dance body movement, you will co-create a deeper connection to your Inner Power...no matter how far back or recent your birthing experience.

What to bring

Your Host
Jessica Deltac is known for creating safe and sacred containers to afford participants opportunities to neutralize guilt, shame and blame whilst they manifest growth, healing, and empowerment. In addition to her BirthHeart practice in Portland, Jessica facilitates "Reclaiming Power from Trauma" workshops across the country. She enjoys working with children and parents who have lost loved ones at the Dougy Center, the nation's first peer-to-peer grief center for children. Her committment to trauma-informed care began in 1998 as a Rape Crisis volunteer for half a dozen years in Charlotte. Jessica went on to receive her Masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles in 2007. Her favorite pastime is collecting stamps in her passport, which is only topped when one or both of her college-age children join her.
