The Murph Challenge is a demanding CrossFit workout honoring fallen soldiers, especially Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, consisting of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run, traditionally done with a 20-pound weighted vest on Memorial Day.Date: Monday, May 25th
